Vlkoš – Čeložnice (20 km)
The Kyjov Wine Trail starts at the former mill in Vlkoš. In the end of Kelčany, the trail turns in the direction of Žádovice and Ježov, passing by the St. Jacob Church and going to Skalka. The protected area, the natural monument called Hošťálka, can be found between the villages Ježov and Skalka. The half-hectare meadow is home to many types of rare thermophilic plants.

The Skalka village boasts about the cellar complex called Drahy. Via Labuty and Vřesovice, where the trail route approaches the Chřiby hills, and while passing the Josefínský Dvůr, the trail returns to the viniferous country. It weaves in and out of the orchards and vineyards above Moravany and while passing down the vineyard street in the village, you have two options. Turning to the left, you will pass a lookout tower and a beautiful cellar complex in Hýsly, so as to return to Vlkoš. Or you can turn right and rise above Moravany and cross two hills to get to Čeložnice.

Čeložnice – Bukovany (11 km)
The way to Chřiby hills leads along the cottage area called Pastviny and gradually reaches a height of 450 m above sea level. You will forget about the effort it took when you reach the highest point of the trail below Lenivá, then follows the long, downhill, green tunnel to Zlámalova samota. In Bohuslavice, the trail turns under the railway overpass, crosses the Kyjovka River, and continues to Bukovany Village.

Bukovany – Dambořice (21 km)
From Bukovany, the Kyjov Wine Trail runs along the road to Ostrovánky and Nechvalín, a village where 179 tombs from the Laten and Slav period were discovered in the 1980´s. The way to Lovčice and Ždánice is surrounded by vineyards and fruit orchards. We recommend you visit the Vrbas Museum in Ždánice.

The next stop on the route is the Archlebov Village, offering several cultural monuments to be visited.

Further down the road, the trail meets Žarošice, a pilgrim location with the Church of Our Lady. When passing the village, turn to the left and – after a short section following the state road – take the road to Dambořice.

Dambořice - Kyjov (26 km)
The trail route divides once again in Násedlovice and returns back to the center of the area. The southern branch goes via Karlín and by a paved road between vineyards, around the natural reserve Hovorany meadows, up to Čejč. The shorter way to Kyjov starts with a stylish section of the trail to Násedlovice, where picturesque streets of cobblestones take you to the cellar complex. The following section of the trail follows the Trkmanka stream and takes you to Želetice, where the natural monument, Na Adámcích, can be found. The slopes of the Homole hill are home to thermophile steppe populations, as well as endangered and protected types of plants and insects. Via Nenkovice and Stavěšice, the trail reaches the foothill of Babí lom above Strážovice.

From Strážovice, you can take the shortest way to Kyjov. However, you can also turn left and then turn right in front of the cemetery. The beautiful forest section leads to Věteřov village, close to the Church of St. Cyril and Method. The slight rise becomes quite steep and the trail goes up to the high habitation of the Bronze Age, below the Lysá Hill. Then you can go down the quiet and well-treated village of Sobůlky, up to the valley of the Kyjovka River, to join the red signs of the Moravian Wine Trail in the royal town of Kyjov.

Ladný areál převážně přízemních lisoven s kamenným průčelím tvoří náves, kterou oživují a v letních vedrech příjemně stíní břízy a jeřáby.
